Detach one suppository from the strip of suppositories. Hold the suppositories upright. Separate tabs at top opening and pull downward from the pointed end. Continue pulling downward until almost the full length of the suppository. Carefully remove the suppository from the pocket. The suppository is designed to melt at body temperature. Insert the suppository into rectum with gentle pressure, pointed end first. 

Suggested Use - 2-3 times per day. More if needed. To keep suppositories from melting, store in a cool place. For easier insertion, refrigerate for 20 minutes before use.
